Importante Notes:

• You can bring food or drinks. If you want to bring food or drinks, you need to bring all the support material you need (glasses, plates, cutlery, napkins, etc.).

In case of cancellation:

• More than 45 days from the date: 70% refund of the total amount
• From 5 business days to 45 days from date: 50% refund of the total amount
• Less than 5 business days: no refund
• Due to the lack of safety conditions (weather conditions) or technical problems of the boat: change of date or full refund.

In order to guarantee all the safety of our customers, Seaventy has implemented a series of mandatory procedures, based on the requirements of the “Clean & Safe” seal by Turismo de Portugal, which must be complied with by everyone.

Boat procedures:

- The boat will be disinfected before the start and at the end of each tour and / or event.
- The bathrooms will be disinfected with a specific product.
- The boat will have alcohol gel.
- Each member of the crew and / or staff will wear a mask or visor.
- A security briefing will be given, in Portuguese and English, at the beginning of each tour and / or event.

Customer procedures:

Each customer must wear a mask. If you have none with you, you can purchase one on the boat (PVP: 1 €). On the interior floor, it is mandatory to use a mask, and it is only allowed to remove the mask if seated at the table.

Catering procedures:

Catering is the customer's full responsibility.
